The DOJ, media and everyone else have cast so much doubt on reliability at this point that this could be the real list and we’d never know. We’ll never know. Probably by design.

Everything is published an easily accessible on-line. Has been since Gawker got the list years ago and published it ultimately resulting in Epstein being arrested.
The only remaining question is which intel agency or agencies were Epstein's real clients. That's the part that is being hidden.
