I thought I had replied to that. This story has nothing to do with Trump.
Whether Russia is the generator or not, this is just about causing dissention, emotional reactions, etc. among the population by creating an NPC army repeating the lines they're given by online content creators.
Similar to what the people pulling the strings on the left do with their coordinated media and institutions.
