They're not indicted. Two Russian nationals (RT employees) were the only ones indicted.

Pool is considered dangerous to them. .. because he has been a milquetoast fence sitter for most of his time on social media, and making videos. He draws in audiences that consist of all sides of the political spectrum.
If he was just a maga fanboy, they wouldn't give a frick about him. Because the people he could reach would just be the people who are already maga fanboys. They wouldn't even give him the Alex Jones treatment, because he's not as energetic or charismatic as Jones. Jones could whip his viewers into a frenzy. Pool doesn't have that effect.
