Probably an oversimplification of what WWI was about, and he did just about everthing he could to keep us out of the war. Germany literally had to try and convince Mexico to attack us for us to join in 1917.
His 1916 campaign slogan was "He kept us out of war"
I also thought you lot hated the UN and thought it was undemocratic.

Wilson was a big academic lib before that became universal. I’m fine with other libs removing him from history.
BTW the toothless League of Nations allowed the setup for WWII, and that’s all Wilson.

Woodrow Wilson was one of our worst Presidents, only second behind Buchanan. Even if you take the historical curve out of the equation, he was our single most racist President. He reignited the klan. He was the most smug prick to ever be in that office (which is really saying something). He had lopsided policies in WWI where he said that Germany couldn't attack British or French ships with American citizens on them (which how the hell was Germany supposed to know that) but didn't give the same stipulations to the British and French shooting at German ships with Americans on them, thus forcing us into the war. Personally I think the US entering the war was a mistake and with hindsight we should not have broken the stalemate. He nationalized several industries and cut back tons of civil liberties.
The League of Nations was a fricking disaster and the only thing worth a shite he did really didn't amount to anything because France and Britain didn't listen to him, thus causing WWII. Wilson is President who should not be honored.

But the problem is cancel culture itself does it matter whether it's Wilson or FDR or Lincoln or Patton or Reagan using fear and intimidation to change the truth to tell only part of the story is straight out of 1984
