Yes. I have slept horribly both nights since it happened. My mind has been fixated on this. It makes me sick.

Yes. It is difficult for me. I am very sad and angry. He was a good Christian man. Someone to look up to, even at 31. I almost still dont believe it. Like I am oddly waiting on him to release a video about this. This is a huge problem where all it takes is one scumbag can influence the entire world. Charlie Kirk was the #1 conservate voice for me.

I found out about him during the last election, but never followed him on social media.

Now? Not only am I looking at his posts from the past several years, I just filled out an online application to become a member of Turning Point USA!

Yes, coupled with the Ukrainian girls murder in Charlotte, I haven't slept at all the last 2 nights. And from seeing all the comments online (especially from black women) I'm convinced a majority of black people hate white people and would happily see us all dead!

Watch Candace Owen’s video from yesterday. She shared pictures and video of them on the road at the beginning of TP. It showed what a happy goofy in a good way good dude he was. Took much of the images of Wed away.

I’ve followed him casually for several years. He had some great debates at Oxford in the UK. He smoked the Euro liberal college kids. But I was not aware of just how popular he was worldwide. I read where he had 7 million followers on most of his social media accounts.

I read a post by a 20-something yesterday that said Charlie was “our JFK”.

This will affect me for a while. He could be my son. I feel for his family.

I have followed him to an extent. It's not even that to me.
It is the concept that evil has NO moral code. They will stop at nothing to push their agenda.
I'm a man that has grown up in Christian faith and as an adult I'm really trying to make it authentic. As I read more and more about the spiritual realm, the more I'm convinced that this is the work of demonic forces.
I guess that makes no sense to someone that is not a believer but look at the Bible and the only entities that were not assigned a gender... angels and demons.....
controllers of the spiritual realm.
Do a deep dive into a guy named Josh Howerton and you'll find a YouTube clip of him with a really good explanation of this exact idea about the Catholic school shooter.

Folks make no mistake about it, this is a Holy War. I hope we are all prayed up because it's not going to just be about physical ammo.

I'm not watching the video, so that's keeping my emotions in check some. Just going about my day, but yeah, it's surreal AF. I didn't listen daily, but he was in the rotation of things I'd like to check out.

I don't think it's fully registered yet.

When it happened, I was sitting in a recovery room waiting for a loved one. I watched the videos and it broke my heart so to speak. Made me sad, mad and sick to my stomach. Now it is just a mixture of sadness and occasional anger.

I also think what it would have been like if they had gotten our President. There would be zero hope for this country.

My husband has always watched Charlie Kirk. Sometimes I’d watch with him but I never thought much about it.

My older kids would sort of make fun of my husband for watching him - although we all mostly agree with what Charlie said.

My 19 year old son yesterday said ‘the problem with this murder is that Charlie Kirk was just a guy trying to have a conversation, he wasn’t in elected office, he wasn’t in your face, he wasn’t a criminal, he was just a guy using our rights to express his opinions’

It's rocked me in ways no other similar situation has. Other issues have made me mad, but this is different.

There's a video going around of Charlie on a talk show not too long ago and his little girl running across the stage and jumping into his lap during a break. Then I read his little girl tried to run to him after he was shot because she was scared of all the noise and chaos. That made my heart hurt.

I guess the answer is yes. I've been angry for days.

I’ve also never visited the website.

I will look into this tonight.

I watched him quite a bit online. I'm angry. I don't think I've been this angry since 9/11.

The violent left has to be stopped. We need to take back our universities from the extremist ideologies that have taken control.

Yes it has. I’ve never experienced such an emotional swing from someone I didn’t know personally, but I’ve been following him for years.

I’m 35, a little older than Charlie and the night it happened told my wife how uneasy I was feeling and didn’t know how to process this. Especially from someone I didn’t even know.

We have a little 2.5 yo girl and all I can think about is Charlie’s kids never seeing him again. You see all the videos of him playing with them and them hugging him…

We may all question why God took him from us at such an early age. One thing I do not question is that God has a plan for his work to be carried on because he was truly doing God's work.

I’m 57. Only knew him from Facebook reels and YouTube shorts. I liked him, but he didn’t really “stand out” for me. When Southpark parodied him, I began to realize just how big of a name he was, but I still had no clue. He was huuuuuuuuge. Some say he would have been president someday. I don’t know about that, but I do believe without a doubt that he would have been the next Limbaugh, and probably already was. He certainly seemed to have connected with Gen Z the way Limbaugh connected with people across 5 generations (greatest, silent, boomers, Gen X, and some millennials), and shared Limbaugh’s positive vibe. What a terrible loss. Rest in Power, young man.

My feelings. I'm not surprised some wacko killed him. What's eating me is the number of people celebrating the murder.

Yes I haven’t been able to think about anything else since. I always thought his college tour shows was a bit cheesy because he was obviously so much smarter than everyone else but I really liked listening to him talk about his views and his faith

It’s made me think a lot about my own faith this week as well
