Has Biden commented on Monday's school shooting in St Louis? I can't find any comments

The situation seems ripe for Biden to weigh in. The shooter had an AR-15 and 600 rounds of ammunition. Biden normally loves to talk about both of those things.
The shooter killed 2 people and wounded 7 others. And the potential for mass carnage was there had the cops not killed the shooter first
Anybody know why Biden is not commenting on this particular school shooting, or using it as a platform to call for stricter gun laws?

i think this kid was pushed by an fbi agent, posing as a friend online to do the shooting.
this kid has the MO, of another fbi persuaded shooter. loner, distraught, no friends, etc, but the fbi found him.
