Any procedural stuff is being conducted in closed session, zero cameras allowed. Much like Shifty and his SCIF.

They already have to leave all electronic devices outside the Senate Chamber upon arrival but for procedural issues, both debates/discussions and votes, the area is cleared of everyone except the actual Senators themselves and Roberts and Pence, no aides allowed and only minimal staff necessary to tote and fetch water, papers, etc..
