Biased and poorly programmed.
Fundamentally theses Large Language Models are not programmed, they are trained on data that exists.
The left has far far more data, Reddit, all of main stream media etc...
It's better labeled (Time Magazine has labeled every article they ever wrote).
There is just fundamentally more pro left wing data out there.
That's why these models drift left (ignoring any internal prompts like the old Gemini ones that created mask wearing female Indian NHL players and black female founding fathers, which Grok does not use.)

You have to take it with a grain of salt, but AI has helped me. I use it more than a Google-type search.

People google something and they read and believe that first AI prompt that comes up and that’s it
We are very lazy

It has given me inaccurate answers to questions about very specific mechanical parts. I think the problem is that it finds inaccurate information online and parrots it back.

It's biased. It's not AI, but I get Google stories on my phone that I don't even want, and Google might as well be CNN.

I asked Grok for examples of famous Libertarians and it listed Bernie Sanders. When I called it out, it crawfished and admitted its mistake. Gotta be careful with AI

Know what to use ai for.
Don’t be a lazy loser.
Much less a Twitter handle outraging that grok called him a conspiracy theorist.

Spoiler: It's not just GROK. There are some specialized uses of AI that are promising but chatbots on the whole, suck.

AI makes lots of errors....beware....
I use it for general inquiries, but when you ask it to do critical calculations, it makes booboos.
Now, I only use the mid level technology.

It's still garbage in, garbage out at this point. If you aren't good at prompting the AI you might not get very good answers. And they are indeed prone to sometimes making mistakes. They hallucinate. However, if you call them out on their mistakes they will own up to them, which is more than you can say for most people.
Do you use Google? AI, if used properly, is much better than Google. And it isn't even close.

A couple of weeks ago, Grok's World Cup summary said Germany "survived" penalty kicks with Paraguay, and that Paraguay "bowed out as gritty underdogs."
Meanwhile in reality, Paraguay won.

As I mentioned in my previous post, this is more than you can expect from most people.

It is wrong sometimes. I have even tried to point out it was wrong on something and it would not back down from its wrong take.
But it is right WAY more than it is wrong.
