How much more detail do you need? There is 46 minutes of "detail". I know adrenaline can be a powerful thing, but it usually wears off in about 10-15 minutes.

Tolerance of resisting arrest ("running from the cops") IS a death sentence to civil society. May as well drop Rule of Law is criminals are allowed to run back into their lair.

The tragedy of this whole Cops v Blacks thing is that Shows like "Cops" was taken off the air because it showed exactly what Cops face on an hourly basis. The tragic aspect was that reality revealed that the Cops are forced to whack Whites just as much as Blacks. But make no mistake, in the general population, it is fact that Blacks are MORE apt to be aggressive and violent (Genetic/higher testosterone levels or Nurture/Fatherless home/no authority figure?) That is not a Racist or personally prejudiced opinion...just science. How this problem is addressed, should be Science/Truth as well. But it ain't, and won't be. Ego rules.

State troopers are generally bigger assholes than other cops. Think about it who takes a job where 95% of what you do is give speeding tickets to people. My cousin was married to a state trooper and he regularly bragged about how he would coordinate with other troopers to beat the shite out of trouble makers they didn’t like. None of it was racial, they were just assholes in general.
