The full video appears to be 46 minutes long. Are you sure—before I invest that kind of time in this—that I'm going to see something that substantially changes an objective person's opinion about it?
Because if it exonerates the cops like you say, I sure don't know what they were doing refusing to release it for years and lying about what killed the guy. I would think they wouldn't have been able to wait to show it.

They didn’t refuse. More media antics to draw outrage. The two external investigative agencies didn’t allow its release (and still haven’t to my knowledge) until the investigation was complete. I believe it was leaked and edited for no other reason to continue to raise tensions.

So I did skip the fist third of the video in which the cops are just riding in the car. The chase ends at 16 minutes in. By 19 minutes in, the guy has been successfully handcuffed and is lying facedown, no threat to anyone.
At no time during the handcuffing did the guy threaten to hurt police or "resist arrest."
I know that cops have to be really stupid based off the way they come across in these videos, but not being able to process orders quickly while having one fat arse cop leaning about 270 lbs of lard on you while choking you out thus depriving your brain of oxygen and repeatedly punching you in the face while another tases you isn't "resisting arrest." Being slow to obey orders under those circumstances is pretty normal, I would think.
The way Fat Albert has the guy in a chokehold, it was impossible for him to even get his right arm behind his back.
When am I going to get to the part where this is justified?

So not getting out of the car after multiple commands to do so and not complying while refusing to give up your arms\hands to be handcuffed is not resisting arrest?

He did get out of the car.
And again, if you watch that video and conclude that he "refused" to give up his arms, you are either a racist piece of shite or simply very stupid, or both.
It was literally physically impossible for him to put his right arm behind his back with Fat Albert choking him the way he was.
I was trying to be objective, but something told me that watching the whole video would be a ridiculous waste of time.
This board is full of people that are so racist that it's frightening. It's frightening to know that y'all are out there in the world in 2021 free and walking around.

One of my classmates did a study of why cops are so hyped up after a chase. Seems their adrenaline is at max and promotes the fight part of the fight or flight syndrome. The longer the chase, the more stoked on adrenaline are the cops. Applies to female cops as well.

And if you watch that video and conclude that the suspect complied you are disingenuous, and intellectually dishonest.
The perp refused to comply after leading police on a 15 minute high speed chase where he showed zero regard for human life. Blowing through stop lights, driving on wrong side of the road and having to be tazed multiple times to get him to exit car and be handcuffed.
But when you’re wrong, scream racist. That’s what the filth in our country does these days.
