I blame the DA on this and assume they pulled back on evidence and trivialized it. Normally does not take much for a grand jury to indict.

I agree. This DA, an elected official, was most likely intimidated by the very vocal response, outcry, protest he or she was to receive in the event of indictment. Another poster incorrectly stated there was no violence. That isnt quite an element, not put that way. What DA had to show was an intentional act of force that resulted in serious bodily injury to another. Serious bodily injury was there, an act of force appeared to me to be there, but DA likely let up when it came to intent.

Wishful thinking, really. Chances are extremely high that Janaya is your typical welfare queen, and outside her monthly tattoo and weave budget, she doesn’t have two nickels to rub together.
Justice was not/will not be served in this case.
