Her estimated income is actually between $70k and $80k annually.

It’s equivalent to the United States getting involved in WW2, except the abortion factories dwarf the German camps at this point in both scope and body count.

There is only one way to stop it. Retaliation. Retaliate 10 times harder than the libs. Swift, decisive, deadly.

Kind of like Antifa and BLM disrupting conservative speakers that visit campuses? They don't have to listen.
Agreed. Very similar.

Frick criminal charges. Hello civil charges!
Wishful thinking, really.
Agreed, but not for the reason you think.

This was not a criminal trial with jury notification of overwhelming evidence (e.g. O.J. Simpson). This is a grand jury that failed to even indict.

The standard of proof for indictment is essentially zero. The same jury pool which supplied the grand jury will also supply the jury in a civil case. If that group of people said that there was essentially no evidence to support criminal charges, do you really think the same jury pool will find more than 50% evidence in support of a civil plaintiff?

The encounter described by Ms. Durning in her interview would definitely be an assault. To paraphrase, she described a woman walking up to her, placing both hands on each of her shoulders, shoving her forcibly and causing her to land several feet away.

Unfortunately, that fictional encounter bears no resemblance whatsoever to that which actually happened.

I looks like Gregory was walking away in the direction of the vehicle, and Ms Durning was following at some distance, talking to her. For whatever reason, Gregaory turned around and walked aggressively back towards Ms Durning, not unlike a MLB manager arguing with an umpire. Ms Durning seems to have lost her balance, fallen and inured herself while backing away.

As such, I would agreed that Gregory was the aggressor, but I see no felony assault here. Maybe the prosecutor overcharged and should have pursued misdemeanor assault. The encounter might have qualified.

I just watched the video for the first time in my life.

As usual. Hank doesn't fail to live up to being full of shite while pretending to not be.

Good Lord. OK. She didn't put her hands on her. She just literally walked right through her CLEARLY on purpose.

Sheesh

Your Honor. The middle linebaker clearly didn't intend to knock the RB down because as you can see, he didn't wrap up!!!

You're okay with battery on a harmless elderly lady because she counsels women not to have an abortion.

Here's an update speedy, organizations, government, employers, all sorts of things tell you how to live your life. A biased media and entertainment industry spend millions to get into your head and make you the person who bravely and intellectually condones unjustified brutality. Shame on you.

The only person you don't want to listen to or let into your heart and head is the God of the Bible thumpers.

I agreed that Gregory was the aggressor and provided an objective assessment of why Gregory was not indicted on felony charges

She was overcharged and likely would have been subject to a returned information on misdemeanor charges.

Use your shiny new law degree (sans actual license) and give us your evaluation, rather than asking moronic questions about how someone cast their ballot three years ago.
