Can’t they still prosecute without a grand jury indictment ?

No.

But they can bring it before the GJ again. Jeopardy does not attach at GJ proceedings.

No, but they can amend the indictment and get the bitch on lesser charges.

...which is what they'll do.

Whats strange is that a Grand Jury previously agreed to indict, but now... they say no.

I understand that it's a Democrat cest pool of people around that area.... but still

So far not a single person in this thread has even entertained the option that the foreign trolls they follow on Twitter maybe have lied to them. She didn't break any laws.

There appears to have been some disagreement about charging Comey in the same office. Was there disagreement about this case? Did the prosecutor not "sufficiently invest" herself in this case?

Just speculating - but the information that is out there made it clear she lied. Seems weird a GJ would not indict.

Most on this board would be indicted by a federal grand jury in Norfolk, Virginia for any contrived charge.

Something has to be done about this two tier justice system. When the dems get back in power, there will be no Trump to pardon the innocent.

They barely agreed to indict when presented evidence from an insurance lawyer with no experience with prosecuting people or with grand juries and Noone to assist her. She likely broke tons of rules like she did on the comey grand jury indictment.

These might be experienced lawyers who aren't willing to lie and violate people's rights for trump.

Getting justice in blue areas is going to be very difficult.

I've sat on a federal grand jury and regardless of political affiliation, gender or skin color, people were voting to indict if the feds were bringing sufficient evidence. You only need 12 of the 16 to 24 people to indict.

Or...hear me out.... the lawyer presenting the evidence to the grand jury might not want her to be indicted and the secret proceeding might not have had sufficient evidence presented.

Admittedly, I do not have a clue how it went down but if the original person with almost zero criminal law experience got an indictment and...based on what has been presented (at least to my knowledge), it appears she did misrepresent...at a minimum...
