When I see the constant JBE ads pumping and wonder where he is getting his financing, I really wish they would be counterbalanced by ads like these. I’m worried the JBE ad campaign could be successful.

I gotta say I'm impressed with the balls the state GOP has grown in the past week. They've stepped up their ad quality big time.

Damnit I hate ads like this.
If the tables were turned, though, the Democrats would absolutely run this type of ad against a Republican.
I wish the GOP could win without having to stoop to the level that the Democrats play at.

I still maintain Vitter didn't lose because he banged hookers.
He lost because he was a self-righteous, holier than thou, family values proponent... who banged hookers.
People are surprisingly willing to accept moral shortcomings, as long as you don't promote yourself as holy.

JBE courted all those 'conservatives' due to Vitter's personal indiscretions. Now ole JBE cannot expect to hold onto them, after hiring a serial harasser, firing people for blowing the whistle on more gropings, and then spending much needed tax dollars to hide that hypocrisy.
