So, let me get this straight.

We’re mad because the people who base their votes off what the Google satellite imagery shows for where they live will now flip to voting for the idiot incumbent?

Have I got that right?

Who is mad? It's pretty funny. Quit being such a whining pussy all the time.

I think its more of a glitch than anything.
If i zoom out to 500 ft it shows all the ruin, but if i zoom in to 200ft it shows previous imagery.

Yeah, there's some glitchiness going on. You can see the difference in time at some levels. The damage is still seen, but vegetation is still green again and building is clear. Zoom in/out and it changes to dead vegetation and more ruinous looking.

won't speak to this specific instance. But my daily job involves using Google every day. What happens sometimes is whatever imagery they have for a date sometimes, the resolution is bad that it reverts to a previous version that has a better resolution as you zoom in.

There has been a bunch of special satellite imagery taken of the area in addition to the normal imagery that is used with regular updates. You can zoom in and out and see all of that imagery being stitched together like a quilt. Imagery was taken in blocks with specific areas being updated at different times. You also have higher resolution imagery that only shows up at different heights or zooms. You can see the differences in time by looking at the vegetation, which changes from zoom to zoom.

Then, there is the progress in rebuilding which is only evident at certain zooms in certain areas. Imagery from other areas was taken at a different time and uploaded at a different time.

There is a whole lot more involved than "They changed it!".

I was told that the people who would vote for the idiot incumbent are to poor and ignorant to buy and use a computer, so this satellite imagery is irrelevant to for her supporters.
