It's a series of stupidity. Despite the adage "You can't fix 'Stupid'," I'll at least address some of it.

Your central premise is that somehow "boomers" sucked all the resources out of the economy, disabling millennial opportunity. Incredibly you make that claim while simultaneously claiming to be a money manager.

One would assume a money professional would understand the characteristics of wealth aggregation d/t creation vs confiscation. But apparently you don't. E.g., Over half of S&P money resides with companies created in the last few decades. The companies, jobs, and secondary opportunities did not exist before that. Nor did the wealth they created.

Likewise, one would assume a money manager would understand the difference between wealth dispensation and wealth destruction. But you don't. While you acknowledge aggregate wealth foundational to the GWT, you imply selfish boomers will spend it all on themselves. A person moderately familiar with high school economics would understand that such money spent does not disappear. It reenters the economy, a fact which apparently escapes you.

Regarding implications that US millennials have faced some sort of unique generational deprivation, here is a per capita GDP graph encompassing the majority of millennial adulthood and opportunity:


The thing speaks for itself. You say, as a millennial, you made enough money off of boomers "to get out" on your terms before you turned 40. Yet you imply your generation lacks opportunity. How many of the boomers whose money you handled were able "to get out" before they turned 40? Perhaps some?

Now then, the real question .... how many of those boomers who could "get out," did get out before they turned 40. Assuredly, the answer is almost none. A cynic would note that differential plays to stereotypical generational work ethic differences.

As someone who personally ignores stereotypes IRL, I raise the above considerations as a response to your arguments which are based on stereotype.
