Among the property burning were two cars, a carport that threatened to spread to a home, two dumpsters at an apartment complex, two garbage bins, a mailbox and an unspecified item or items at a homeless camp in the area of Southeast 160th and 161st Avenues and Alder and Stark Streets, officials said.

At some point in the early morning, Portland police arrested Sierra N. Murdock about one mile away at Southeast 147th Avenue and East Burnside Street. Police drove her to the Multnomah County Detention Center, where she was booked under accusations of interfering with a peace officer and resisting arrest. Two first-degree arson charges were also added later in the day and authorities say more charges could be coming.
It appears she was also warming Portland back in May.

Sierra Nicole Murdock, 25, was arrested near the scene of a vehicle fire in the 16000 block of SE Division St. Portland Fire and Rescue responded to the scene. PPB said they also soon received a report of another vehicle fire in the 2400 block of SE 115th Ave. The residents were able to extinguish this fire on their own. Authorities also say Murdock has been identified as a suspect in a previous similar incident. The suspect faces charges of arson, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, theft and harassment.
