Look criticize a person if you need to, but give Kemp some grace here. Biden has dementia and seems to be at that stage where he cannot control his anger. The last thing Georgia needs is some guy who was already not that smart and very nasty, to feel threatened. Kemp needs to do what he needs to do to help his citizens.
