I've seen 543 media reports about the boondoggle and waste of taxpayer dollars regarding the reflecting pool in DC. Whatever became of the floating pier in Gaza?

Wish we could just stop hearing about Gaza.

It cost $9.2 million dollars per day of operation and summarily vanished.
Magic.
Magic.

I bet I know where at least 10% went.

The money funding the global Gaza PR blitz has dried up if you haven't noticed. When was the last time you saw an algorithm pushing the dead baby narrative?

It was a typical JLOTS, right? If so, I assume they just dismantled it, and the unit it came from just put it back in their equipment yard.

Didn’t the waves destroy a completely?

The intentions were in the right place, so that's all that matters.

They should have floated the pier in the reflecting pool.

That was such an embarrassment, lol.

I think it took damage a couple of times, but IIRC I am pretty sure it wasn't destroyed, and it was disassembled and returned to a US base.

Artificial Reefs. Once and hopefully if peace comes, PDJT builds the greatest Trump high rise and hotel on the beach with his own designed golf course on the grounds, you can relax with an afternoon of fishing for your freshly grilled supper caught off the formerly floating docks.

The US spent $2,100 per square foot to design and build the most sophisticated Level 3 and Level 4 high containment lab in the world in Kansas.
The US spent $16,000 per square foot on a floating dock in Gaza with no walls, ceiling, or plumbing, and it fell apart in five weeks. And no one went to prison for it.
