It`s common for a thug to point a weapon at someone and get shot in the back when they are being chased.
They just go around the waist band or move their arm backward and shoot "blindedly" as Gov. Landry says.

He didn’t point the gun at the dad, he was pointing it at the son. The dad shot to save his son’s life. You clearly don’t know anything about the case and are just spouting off BS you heard.
