did you plan on being poor? gas is trading in the same range it's been in for 20 years. maybe you should have entered a more lucrative profession or not bought a truck you couldn't really afford.

Gotta fill up my 2500 diesel for a camping trip tomorrow.

I wish it was $68.

This is it exactly. DC has been kicking that shite down the road for decades. The correction was needed and we will be 1000x’s better off when it's all said and done.

What?

So they decided to adjust for inflation the moment the Strait closed?

I voted for MAGA but don't see how any of this helps any of us.

What do you do for a living? As the cost of energy goes up, I make more money. Every time I smell diesel exhaust, I smell money. I don’t mind filling up ay $5/gal. High energy cost is good for the Louisiana economy. It makes it more profitable to get it out of the ground in Louisiana. The refiners make more money along the Mississippi and Calcasieu rivers. The LNG industry in Cameron and Port Sulphur are killing it. There’s a lot of supporting businesses and pass through. We all win, even though food and fuel costs more.

Drama queen…

Whole chickens at costco .97 cents a pound, Eggs 1.68 dozen
Rouses - pork chops 1.97#, whole prime brisket 4.77#, 80/20 ground beef 3.77#

Now you may be using Uber eats, and I’m sure that is up.

Unleaded here is 4.29/g. I'm close to Charlotte. It has been fluctuating between 4.09 and 4.29 for the last month.

I retired at age 70. That was 7 years ago. I am still retired. I am one of the dreaded Boomers, and proud of it. Glad you and LA politicos are getting rich off of $5 per gal gas. But no we don’t all win from this.

What month or year exactly? I can’t find data to support this.

Are you really flexing by saying Trump is continuing Biden’s trajectory? What a comfort.

You’re not allowed to acknowledge reality here. We’re all grateful for the opportunity to support MAGA by embracing inflation caused by military action in far away lands. It’s the only way to put America First.

I could have been your 12 year old babysitter, sonny boy. That’s how old I am. Do the math.
