True and we need to consider why this didn't use to happen. Today we are hyper about school children being protected from bullying and not having their self esteem damaged.
If this kid started acting weird in the 5th grade when I went to school he would have been mocked. If he persisted with it in 6th grade he would get the shite beaten out of him. He would have grown up to be a normal HS student and nobody would have been killed.
I call it 'social-norming' and I saw it work IRL.

I live amongst these people in GA, and Did also in LA. Traveled the world and this is what I have seen for my observation.
