I think he's hoping to create sustained drama through Election Day to help Trump get over the finish line. I think it's a bad idea for this election with so many voting early. If there is even more damning information that hasn't come out yet because he's holding it back for last-minute shockers, I think he's going to end up looking back and realizing he should have released it all up front.

Look, I think all politicians are full of shite to a certain point. I don’t believe everything that someone says, regardless of political affiliation.

If it isn’t dropped today, then it doesn’t exist.
There is a reason Friday news dumps exist, it is because they go away then. Also, no one releases things on weekends for a reason.
If it is meant to matter for Tuesday, it has got to come out today.
