Former House Speaker Paul Ryan on today’s GOP: “I’m not one of the Trump populists...I believe in the Constitution. I believe in the rule of law...that runs a bit contrary to the sort of populism that we have these days, much of which, frankly, is tied to a cult of personality.”

If he believed in the Constitution why didn't he have a plan to replace ObamaCare and get healthcare back to the free market, and why did he do nothing about the completely unconstitutional monetary system in our nation when he was Speaker?
