Duh

quote:

Former Democratic Party lawyer David Schoen suggested that the U.S. District Judge who sentenced former Trump associate Roger Stone to 40 months in prison may have jeopardized the trial by injecting her own personal bias into the proceedings.

"You were there... yesterday," said Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano to Schoen on Fox Nation's "Liberty File" on Friday. "You've followed the case as closely as anybody not involved in the trial."

"Did you detect animosity on the part of the judge towards the person of Roger Stone?" the judge asked.

"I was shocked with some of the things she said," claimed Schoen. "She was very angry. She's very smart and she knows how to make her record. But she kept on making political statements while disclaiming that this case is not at all about politics."

My thinking as well. While clearly

the jury foreperson revealed her biases in spades and will therefore get Roger a new trial, Judge Jackson also revealed hers and should be removed the case for sure as well as the bench!!

The only question is will the system work for Roger because of his support for Trump!!

Tucker agrees

The Stone case will stay in the DC circuit and Amy Jackson will likely be the same judge in a new trial if one is granted.

The outcome will largely be the same and a huge waste of time. Stone is not beating the system.

A full pardon from President Trump is the only solution here.

This judge is super dirty.

In 2013 Judge Jackson rejected arguments from the Catholic Church that Obamacare’s requirements that employers provide cost free coverage to contraceptive services in spite of being contrary to their religious beliefs. This was overturned by the Supreme Court.

In 2017 Judge Jackson dismissed the wrongful death suit against Hillary Clinton filed by two of the families who lost loved ones in Benghazi. The families argued that Clinton had done little to help their sons and then lied to cover it up.

The corrupt and criminal Mueller team next worked with Obama Appointed Judge Amy Berman Jackson to place President Trump’s former Campaign Manager Paul Manafort in solitary confinement. This was a conscious action to literally torture Manafort for working with Trump during the campaign.

I saw Napolitano on with Cavuto a couple of days ago and was shocked by how vociferous he was in his condemnation of Berman Jackson. Cavuto looked puzzled as well, like Napolitano had gone off the reservation of the Trump haters.

Fed judges can be, and have been, impeached.

Sounds like she may be a candidate if she's injecting politics into decisions.

Pretty obvious Mueller went judge shopping here as well.

Ya know what’s insane about all this BS? If Hilldawg wins the election not one Trump associate/acquaintance is fighting the two tier justice system. Stone, Manafort, Flynn, Corsi, Page....literally no fricks given by the Deep State/NWO Globalists, the Swamp would be in a harmonious state.

If you file for mistrial citing bias of the judge, would you not get a different judge?

So Stone and Flynn are Boy Scouts?Stone who lied to Congress and mueller about having 150 emails about the WikiLeaks emails and tried to coerce Randy Credico to mislead mueller about who was Stones’ intermediary to Wikileaks.

And Flynn who was working for the government of Turkey to kidnap a Turkish dissident living in the U. S. For $1 million, while he was working on the Trump campaign.

Please Tex enlighten us all, link the federal charges where Flynn was involved in some foreign assasination attempt. I must have slept through that part.

I do appreciate the humor though, thanks.

Fake news. Twisting of the facts to push a false narrative. Only question is, does texridder know he is being fooled?

So Stone and Flynn are Boy Scouts?
THAT IS NOT THE WAY THIS WORKS, BUDDY!

An uneven application of the law SHOULD BE as unacceptable to you as it is to me. An uneven application of the law is the stuff of Banana Republics. Are you so eaten up with TDS that you cannot see that?

Are Manafort and Stone "boy scouts"? No!

However, by comparison to HillaryBleachBitClinton, Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Baker, Brennan, Clapper, Ally Chalupa, HunterBiden, Lois Lerner, David Archer, Wasserman-Shultz, Tony Podesta, etc., etc., etc., they are.

The common factor associated with all those folks?
NOT ONE of the SOBs HAS EVEN BEEN CHARGED!

Not one charged! Horowitz found Comey, McCabe, Strzok and others lied to the FBI identically to what Flynn is accused of .... EXCEPT in their case they deliberately lied while knowing they were in a formal interview. Flynn didn't! Yet NO CHARGES against a single one!

So Boy Scouts?
Nah.

The law is what it is.
If a cop pulls drivers for exceeding the speed limit by even 1mph, that's fine as long as he does it consistently. If he only pulls black drivers for speeding while refusing to go after white drivers, we have a problem.

You would argue that the Black Drivers "are no Boy Scouts." After all, they were speeding. You would be dead wrong!

The miscarriage of justice has nothing whatsoever to do with the fact they "are no Boy Scouts." It has to do with uneven application of the law.

7 - 9 years urged by the former Stone prosecutors. Outrageous, egregious, preposterous. Can't seem to get the absurdity of it outta my mind.

Apparently you sleep through a lot of things. Or maybe your inability to comprehend what you read is your disadvantage.

I didn't say that Flynn "involved in some foreign assassination attempt". I said he was "working for the government of Turkey to kidnap a Turkish dissident living in the U. S."

This is the first article I ran across on Flynn and Turkey. I'm sure there are others. LINK

The sad part is that you don't even realize how uninformed you are. But, for you, ignorance is bliss.

There is a lot of that on this board.

The only person who is a fool is you. Why don't you at least check out the facts before you shoot your big mouth off.

Why don't you say just how I twisted the facts and I'll show you what a fool you are?

How did that Mueller probe, that you were so adamant about, end up?

Is Trump still your president?

I mean, you clearly were so very informed about that.

I think you need to work on your reading skills or find another article to link to. Here is what you interpret as kidnapping.

"The documents specifically state that a key component of Flynn’s work for Turkey involved the government’s efforts to remove from the U.S. a Turkish cleric living in Pennsylvania."

Removing someone from the U.S. does not equate to kidnapping.
