Like the fact that someone is polling foreigner soccer fans about their attitudes about the US and Americans about soccer, attitudes towards America and political party in the same poll?

American leftists think they know about life in Europe after spending spring break or perhaps a semester in a study abroad program in college.
Get out of the tourist sections of London, Paris, or Barcelona and you will discover that the standard of living of the middle class Euro is tremendously underwhelming.
The American leftist immediately points to free healthcare while ignoring that the clinical settings, technology, and services available to European patients pales in comparison to their American counterparts.
Consider that the average number of heart transplants performed in the UK is about 200/year. A single, moderate-volume center in the US such as Cleveland Clinic or Mayo Rochester will do 80-100/year. Vanderbilt alone does over 200/year.
The American leftist has a grossly inflated view of life on the European continent for the vast majority of Euros. The Euros coming here and doing nothing more than going to Waffle House, stopping at a Buccees, and engaging a bunch of friendly Americans has them in a state of disbelief and denial.
It's absolutely comical to read the comments on articles describing the fun the soccer fans are having in their travels stateside.
