I doubt it is Nazis. I know there used to be a Nazi compound in that town, but that was like 30 years ago. Besides, it makes no sense for some Nazi group to set a fire then kill firefighters. I just can't discern how that motive makes any sense from their perspective.
It also doesn't fit the MO of any snackbars so we can rule them out as well.
Most likely it is just a crazy loner type of guy. Arsonists are always weird loner types.
