if somebody is so emotional distraught over a stress code and is so depressed that only sweatshirts can keep him un-depressed...then why in the hell should he be allowed in the senate. Resign for mental health problems. How can you be expected to tackle the complex world of policy and making decisions in committees if you are mentally unstable that you require to wear hoodies and short.
