Way to go Ferguson. Wonder why people generalize about you as a group? Turn on the TV, see what America sees.

Mike Brown was not a great loss, he was an ignorant and abusive thug, thief, drug abuser and bully, yet you take his story as your crusade that amounts to looting, fire-bombing, injuring and killing innocent people-you reap what you sow.

Your actions two months ago and especially tonight prove you are not fit to live among civilized people. I offer to you this-when OJ was acquitted, were there white riots? No, whites were very unhappy about that miscarriage, but we as a civilized society accept the rule of law. This is what separates savages from civilized society.

You continue to hurt yourselves by either acting out in violent outbursts or you loudly/quietly condone such actions. We wish you would just learn to coexist with other civilized humans.

These rioters traditionally like big government.

This is just their way of asking for more government.

I am angry, sad, dismayed....unsurprised.

I think I am "out" for a while.

ETA: I am referencing the reaction (arson, looting, etc)

Who knows, CT...but I think civilized America needs to see just what we are dealing with; and just what will be knocking on our door if the power of ARMED Law aren't allowed to do their job.

Americans are right to have gunned-up. They may well need em'...if this insanity persists. Pray to God it don't.

Exactly. I've been around long enough to remember all the riots since 1960. I have yet to see one produce any positives in the end just because of a specific riot.

For those who are now experiencing your good first taste of destructive protesting/rioting, it's still the same old story, different verse. Empathy and sympathy has been used up over the years.

"Protesters" need to finish their "holiday shopping" tonight. Forecast calling for an 80% chance of snow on Wednesday.

My dad grew up in Florissant just North of Ferguson. We had to move my grandparents out of their home about 10 years ago because so many houses in their neighborhood were getting robbed.

When Rosa Parks looted the Woolworths and jumped on that bus, her riot won.
