It could go either way. No one knows but who the Justices clerks leak to... but the left are more prone to violence, burning down Churches, and buildings, storming the WH harming capitol police, and SS agents.

Obama, Biden, and that jackass Kimmell spoke of SCOTUS as if they were so pissed.
If Biden steals or cancels the election, you can bet they will load up the Supreme Court with more dimwits like Jackson and Sotomayor. As Biden said it isn't on the right footing. They won't hesitate to pack the court their way with 2 plus some.

Chevron is still to be decided but it wouldn’t warrant fencing even though a reversal would be the most impactful decision in history. It would literally affect every American in some way.
