Isnurance company denied my roof hail damage claim. Options?

A roofing company inspected my roof, specifically to look at fans, vents, lead jacks, etc. he found hail damage. He took pictures, and we filed a claim. The adjuster wnt up on the roof with the roofing company guy once... Then later came back to take more pictures. Apparently... Now we don't have...
