Are you retarded? Tyson products are retailed in every single major grocery store across this country and the world. 41% of their product goes direct to consumer. 39% goes to food service. The property was worth 9 million now it’s worth 60 million. The property is assessed every 5 years. This is business as usual. The guy could just sell the building for 60 million and walk away. I say all of this and I own a business blocks away dealing with the same issue.
