Look at it this way.

Most Kindergarten teachers are female.
Men just don't like to do it on average.
So while nature is taking it's course, the few men who do it are really good at doing it.

Then President Boe Jiden decides that 50% of Kindergarten teachers need to be males.
He forces schools to hire men.
Now some male teacher beats a kid to death.
Does that reflect on the male teachers who are still really good?
