Right. It’s worded somewhat confusing but the “May” part is referencing when the Trump team would make them available (“as early by”) not when Biden asked for them. Imo. Having read hundreds of federal filings.

I'm surprised there were so few boxes in dispute here. How many did the Clinton's have stashed in their attic? What did Burger have shoved down his pants? What might a surprise raid on Clapper or Comey turn up? Grrr ....
In any event, here, no doubt the real issue they've been working through has not been national security but Presidential privilege, whether executive, A-C, or work product. If you just hand over anything privileged that you're asked for you run the risk of destruction of privilege (or so-called "opening the door ") for such materials in litigation.
This looks, once again, like a super lame, unsuccessful lefty hit job organized by the White House, his politicized alphabet agency friends, and of course his prostitutes in the press.
Shame on all their houses ....
