What if a Dem tosses an Israeli student for "supporting genocide"? Let's say Kamala won and made Victoria Nuland her SOS and she's scooping up students critical of our support for Ukraine for supporting "terrorist Putin."

I honestly don’t care. I have little sympathy for non citizens but i would be fine if nobody immigrated here from anywhere

These tactics will be used on right-wing immigrants in a few years.

They already have been. Ask Cubans who were here during the 0bama and Biden regimes. Hell, they don’t even have to be foreign nationals to the Dems. Ask J6ers or those who are still around who fought for civil rights in the 60’s. The right didn’t start this. You should use a time machine to go back and tell the left to think things through and not start this shite.

That op-ed proves they were right to deport her.

She's a jihadist.

Dude you need some self reflection.

Stop trying to champion women and give the illusion to yourself and others that you’re a good person because you’re really just an idiot.

You’re defending a 30 year old “student” (think how dumb it is we gave a visa to a Turkish national that’s 30 years old) that according to Homeland Security was a Hamas supporter and not pro-Palestine only.

She is certainly a terrorist sympathizer here on visa. A visa is a privilege not a right. Ozturk glorified and engaged in activities that supported Hamas - supporting terrorists who kill Americans is grounds issuance to be terminated.

I will. Before I do, I just want to clarify with you that you were making all of these long-winded allegations against this administration from a place of complete ignorance. Can we agree on that?

No, I am flexible enough to change my opinion when provided new information.

“Human rights” aren’t a real thing. They’re too nebulous and follow the whims and trends of electorates and politicians. The only constant is God-given rights, which the founders codified into law for US citizens. Non-citizens aren’t covered. (Inb4 “subject to the jurisdiction thereof”. Provide the definition of that phrase agreed to by all lawyers, judges, and politicians before using it.)

McCarthyism

Entertainment, news media, academics, all full of fricking communists undermining American values and turning large swaths of this country against themselves.

Seeing you post this merely reaffirms that we're on the right path.

And this woman is an Hamas supporter.

This is the only reason that I bother to post in this thread. Was it just her op-ed (which didn't mention Hamas) that makes you think she supported Hamas?

From a legal standpoint, once her visa was revoked she became an illegal alien. I doubt the Feds will ever have to prove that she supported Hamas. Regardless of what anyone thinks about it, her fate was sealed once her visa was revoked.

My only concern is this is just part of the propaganda campaign to automatically convert objections to Israeli policy into support of terrorism.

I’ll take this as a tacit admission you opined from a place of complete ignorance.

Still a scumbag. Although I don’t agree with this bullshite topic you pulled out your arse, that’s her problem. She chose to go to that school. If she doesn’t agree with it, transfer to another school or go back to where she came from.

Thanks. I appreciate the consistency.

We don’t have to. That’s the whole point.

So, we're not allowed to deny a visa to supporters of a terrorist organization?

That's not the issue. The issue is: can the State Department revoke visas just because the Government ALLEGES that the person supports a terrorist organization.

I think the answer to that is pretty clearly: yes.

I love how these articles point out "support for Palestinians in gaza" but neglect to mention the hamas parts

Support for Palestinians does not mean support for Hamas. Just as criticism of Israel does not mean anti-semitism.

Rubio claims she was a leader of a “protest” that included vandalism, violence, and preventing other students from moving freely and/or attending class.
