Just what we need. More Haitians

Wait, Congress actually but something in writing!!
You can't blame the judge on that.
FYI- U.S. District Judge Brian Cogan is a republican, appointed by Bush. Was the judge that gave "El Chapo" life.

Fig Judge Napolitano just explained on Newsmax that the lawyers made the arguement that State Dept of the U.S. declared that it is too dangerous for anyone to go to Haiti.
Then flights to Sudan should be fine.
You have to go back.

quote:Based on everything that I have read, there were 10,000 Haitian refugees in the Dominican Republic just returned to Haiti, and Haiti's president was begging for assistance because they could not handle the 'massive influx'. The Dominican Republic has another 500,000 Haitian refugees that they want to return, too. So between just the US and DR, that's over a million people to return to an awful place.
His rationalization being that if it's too dangerous for DHS agents to go to Haiti...we are not going to force 500,000 people to go there.
So, from a strictly humanitarian aspect, it is going to create a calamity in Haiti if there isn't a plan in-place to house, feed, clothes and educate.
Maybe we put Hillary and Chelsea in charge of this?

Did the democrats miss the Supreme Court memo?
This was my first thought, too. Seems to me that Trump has precedence for just ignoring this tactic now. Just mention the SC's ruling and proceed with the plan.
The "lawyers" who agree with every action against Trump have been scarce around here lately, but I'm sure they would downplay the SC's decision. Seems like the TDS crowd in general has been fairly quiet lately (I'm not complaining).

Haiti is a perpetual humanitarian calamity.
The number of people there doesn’t change it.
One might say this is long term fallout from the revolt that freed them having their overall plan be “Kill the white people.”

That's sad as hell, but so the frick what. We have enough issues here with homeless and veterans that we don't even help, why the frick is the US responsible for the world's issues?
Everyone needs to leave us alone to start dealing with our own issues. GTFO
One more thing, I actually support and volunteer for NGO's that help places like this manage their situations, educate them, etc. That doesn't mean they can just pile into the US and overburden US citizens. If people actually want to help, seek out one of these organizations like I did, and truly make a difference.

The heathen that make Haiti “to dangerous “ are welcome in our communities? Ha. Only this rogue Judge and the Dems would see the rationale for this as their very statement for keeping them is Trump’s basis and official responsibility for deporting them. Crazy cannot be fixed, only disempowered.

What is the average IQ of a Haitian? Legit question, not trolling.

This reads like a procedural issue, meaning sec Noemi didn’t do the paperwork correctly or something similar. Resubmit it correctly and it moves forward.

You have to be mentally retarded.

Perhaps you and the judge need to review law. When TPS expires they have to leave ASAP. And the bullshite about congress.......
As usual making up laws from the bench.

Congress does not have to approve the revoking of Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The authority to designate or terminate TPS for a specific country rests primarily with the Secretary of Homeland Security

Does not matter, SCOTUS already settled this issue. To late.

No she didnt. She controls TPS. We have over a dozen countries with different deadlines for TPS, we just have been rolling them over. This one is due to expire and she is not rolling over.
And no Congress has no say.
Its another judge making up law from the bench, let him join congress, in the meantime he needs to abide by the laws as they exist.

Even Slo must laugh at that argument.

I wish they would deport the Judge too
