It wouldn't necessarily be the FBI that enhanced the photos with AI. The first photos this morning were enhanced by a person in the public and shared in a response on the Xwitter post from the FBI. Those terrible "enhanced" photos were then picked up by Loomer and others and shared.

I would assume it wouldnt be that difficult to get to the roof of some lsu buildings. Doesn't seem that wild to me.
