Here is where they were and who was involved:
Cambodia: Targeted the network linked to Chen Zhi and the Prince Holding Group (Operation Zephyr Exodus).
Myanmar: Raided compounds including the Tai Chang scam compound in Kyaukhat (Operation Haochen) tied to local militias and criminal networks, where thousands of satellite internet terminals were also disabled.
Thailand: Conducted joint task force raids and hosted international enforcement coordination.
United Arab Emirates: Dismantled nine scam centers operating in Dubai in cooperation with local police (Operation Sand Dollar).

A friend of mine was just telling me this week how a subcontractor who works for him lost his life savings. His wife thought she met Kid Rock online and was sending money to him. The man and his wife are in their late 50s and have nothing left.
Of course, she blamed him by saying he is never home due to work, and she was lonely.

Sounds like a worthwhile effort... Scammers are the worst.
I absolutely love the videos of people scamming the scammers and backdooring into their systems and fricking them. Hilarious watching them lose their shite.
The Feds should put a number of those people on payroll and make it their job to frick with them.

Were these the scammers that have a large air message appear on your screen saying contact Microsoft at 1-800-stealyourmoney?
Or a scam like beekeeper, the great movie?
The worst are the phone calls old people will answer on their landlines ...saying their grandson/son is in jail in Mexico on spring break-send bail money.
At times getting a recording of the kids voice saying hello or AI.
