My contact information is public record as a contractor. I get 10-20 an hour. Even with spamblocker turned on for calls and voicemail, a bunch still get through. I have to empty my voicemail inbox at least once a day. It legitimately affects my business when a real client can't call or leave a message.
People in that business need to be hung.
