As long as they played no part in the leaking, they can’t be prosecuted.
Cite your authority.

Is jack smith one of the smart attorneys?

She needs to get a rat to gnaw that growth off her left cheek.

They’re cleaning out the leakers.

They should and ultimately they do.
This is nothing new, Obama did much the same. Check out James Rosen.

I could also see this maybe as purely a recovery operation. She may not be in trouble but she cannot keep the classified information.
This^.
Once is leaked and they know, they can know it.
The document however may be government property. The government has every right to retrieve it.
Even if you're not being charged, having the FBI go through your house is not a pleasant experience and nor should it be.

The leaker is currently behind bars.
Damn. Something actually happened.
Color me shocked, but also impressed.
You have to wonder if there are many more of these little stings in play? So much disinformation has been reported by media outlets. I'm sure some of it is just blatant fabrication, but I'd bet some of it is also only told to specific suspected leakers just to bait them into outing themselves.

There we have the folks. The government is now officially investigating reporters for reporting information they received.
The information was leaked to her. The leaker broke the law. She did not.
This is clearly a threat by the administration to journalists informing them that they shall not report on leaked information.

Your hopes are not reality.
