Just because cities don't report crime to the FBI database doesn't mean that the database just fills in a 0 for their crime.
You can go to each city and look at the trends (hint: violent crime is going down in most major cities after the post-Covid crime spike)

the FBI now reports crime like the old Soviet Union used to report wheat and grain production, but, in reverse.

Thats because sanctuary cities do not log crime by legal or illegal. Now you take the few cities that do report it and average over the entire illegal population and compare it to overall crime (which ironically often includes illegal crime) and you end up with a number that is unbelievable low (emphasis on unbelievable).
Inflation, employment, all the numbers are rigged now, this cancer that permeates all the govt has to stop at some point.
