Modeling, which, as of now, seems to track the actual data the cities are reporting individually.
That may not always be true, but it's doing well enough now.
We have the city data to look at individually, whether it's in the FBI dataset or not.

Data from who? Herein lies the issue. Where you get your info from has a huge impact on what that info says. When you search in just the right places you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for. SLO Joes Bro, you’re not fooling anyone.
