The texts come from his govt issued phone that just got "found". Sounds like there are 30k texts and hours of voicemails on it.

Women trust their OBGYNs… they kind of have to.
My daughter took a shot and a booster, but by the time she got pregnant with my first grandchild she thankfully had wised up and said “hell no”.
When you’re young, pregnant, the world is on fire and everything is scary and uncertain, I don’t blame these women for being misled by “The Experts”. I’m sad for them.

Its not considered a govt record though...but the govt can definitely retrieve it for investigative purposes
