Fauci isn't being asked to testify as part of a prosecution. I'd think that even a discount divorce lawyer would know that.

The same people who write the stories that galvanize the masses with stories about political persecution, are the shield that allows dems to do the bad deeds. He’s been federally pardoned for past crimes. Which means that under oath, he has no reason to not talk about them, because there will be no federal consequences for them.
He’s pleading the 5th today in light of potential state prosecutions.
