I bet zero jurors come from the county formally known as Milton.

What a predictable cop-out. So it's ok to have 1 criminal on the case.... but 2 criminals is 1 over-par?

Coddling the perp... including giving her options...

Stop with the dream scenarios. This is a loss. A predictable loss given where we are as a country. But it’s a loss. Imagining how it’s a win isn’t going to help.

Maybe Wade turning on Fani is a dream scenario. But we are dealing with some shady characters, so anything is possible. Other than the judge dropping the case entirely, I’m not so sure this decision is a terrible thing for Trump. And as listen to the pundits on tv, I’m not alone in that thought.

How is this not a conflict of interest?

A conflict of interest isn't established solely on the basis of a prior work relationship with someone.

So a DA can have a frickboy that works for the DA, and use tax money to do so.

Got it!

Then why did he let this fraud continue?

Every conservative judge is waiting for someone else to “do the right thing.” Every leftist judge is trying to usher in the reanimation of Marx.

Wouldn’t the evidence matter more than who is on the jury?

Well, seems that the judge agrees that there was no conflict of interest. Rather, only the appearance of impropriety.

She probably threw that gorilla grip pussy on the judge.

There's no defense for it.

With a fair unbiased jury sure the evidence would matter more.

Yep!
There is incorregible systemic tolerance of prosecutor misconduct. It begets increasingly widespread misconduct.
