I'm so sick of these pussies hiding behind language and weaseling around tough decisions. Don't be a judge if you cannot handle the job.
There is no honor and integrity in the law profession anymore.

North Fulton County has officially cucked out to South Fulton County.

There are very few men who will simply do what is right.
We have an increasing number of fulcrum points where the cultural rot is trying to suck the life out of us. And the people who stand at those fulcrum points are not strong enough to withstand the pressures and challenges of the cultural rot.

Law has long been a haven for sophists. It’s almost been completely overtaken now.
Eventually, sophistry collapses a society and what rises out of the ashes isn’t governed by sophistry. Ashes don’t provide the luxury of parsing words.

Unfortunately it may come to people having to risk their lives to force change. This is what history has shown with many examples, and I don't think that paradigm has changed.

Powerful black women are essentially untouchable in today's America.
Stuff like this keeps happening though, their days are numbered. Everyone knows she’s a ghetto whore. Just like everyone knows Claudine Gay is a plagiarizing, anti-Semitic and hypocritical diversity hire. I know it may not seem like it, but it’s just the natural way of things, they can’t be untouchable while they act like idiots forever.

We control society.
But we’re too weak and soft to effect positive change.
As an example, when it became public that Vanderbilt health was running a transgender clinic, every person who opposed that who worked for Vanderbilt health should’ve stopped coming into work. It would’ve changed overnight or the health system would’ve been effectively closed.
But we have to make our Tahoe payment and get Braxton to his tournament in Panama City next week.

I bet zero jurors come from the county formally known as Milton.
Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Roswell all have R voters and plenty of big Trump supporters
How many jurors they can get from mixed areas - I don't know. I think the reality is they'll manage to get some temporarily toned-down leftist zealots, some impressionable Karens and a a couple of folks who in a vacuum are sympathetic to Trump but will feel the social squeeze.

Law is always language. You either have a body of written law with some degree of authoritative significance or you don't. It worked out well for America for quite a long while.
What this board advocates for is extralegal, and perhaps that's needed in certain circumstances, but expecting judges, especially those who actually are inclined to reasonably interpret and apply the law, to do that bidding is unrealistic, IMO.

On the bright side, sanctioning Willis is an admission there was wrongdoing in getting Wade on the case.

This is why we should not have elected judges in the U.S.
So they should be appointed, making them even more beholden to a political party?

They are politicians. Elected people that play to their voters instead of the law

Judge McAfee rules that only one potential liar can prosecute the case – but not both potential liars.
Instead of curing the "appearance of impropriety", it allows it to continue.
If Nathan Wade goes, why can Fani Willis stay? McAfee doesn't give an answer.
