Like trespassing charges for example. If you’re banned from one Walmart you’re banned from all worldwide, right? So they ban you from one, you just go shop in another location where they don’t know you and never seen you before. AP is alerted. They’ve never seen you before, but they have to try to find you. People change clothes sometimes. That might be pretty hard.
Or do you just get the subpoena and charges in the mail days after you shopped? What if you didn’t actually shop and you can prove it?

They can kick out or refuse service to whomever they wish for whatever reason, as long as it’s not based on race, religion, sex, or national origins. An association with a law firm is not a protected class.
