1. We subsidize the shite out of their country. It's a waste of money.
2. Their activity in Lebanon makes keeping a ceasefire together much more difficult.
I didn't say we shouldn't be concerned with Iran at all. I'm disputing that they were a direct threat to the United States.

This was my full statement: "I don't hate Israel, but I want those in Israel to repent of their rejection of Jesus Christ and to trust in Him for the forgiveness of their sins."
This statement consisted of two parts. The first was my declaration that I do not hate Israel, which was in direct response to the topic's subject. The second part was both a contrast to hatred of Israel as well as an evidence or support for the goodness that I do want for Israel (forgiveness of sins / salvation). The entire statement put together was a unified comment that was a juxtaposition of Trump's statement about everybody hating Israel.
You might not like it, but my comment wasn't a change of subject, and it didn't derail this thread at all. What might be seen as a derailment is your false accusation against me that led to me defending myself.
Christ is Lord, even if you don't like me mentioning Him so often in my posts
