Any US Government employee who renders aid or assistance to any designated Terrorist group will be tried in federal criminal court for any and all crimes, up to and including Treason against the United States.

That would be a good idea, except for one thing...
The modern media doesn't bother to confirm anything. They just print and move on to the next, issuing a quiet, back-page "correction" some weeks later.
