The funniest part about this thread is the amount of detail you go into describing your conspiracy theory (twice), while at the same time reassuring us you’re not a conspiracy theorist....

That’s gold, Jerry. Gold.

You don’t find the timing a little convenient?

Why would Republicans have this and not use it in general election vs Northam?

Makes me think of blackmail.

They had this on Northam, they always have, and Northam knew they did. How much did that affect his politics? I would say it inflienced everything he did.

Makes you wonder what they have on other politicians.

Makes you wonder who “they” are? That they could sit on something like this and prevent anyone else from using it against him.

How many politicians are actually free?

It is a little bizarre, I’ll give you that.

But does the timing justify all the things you’re implying? That’s a bit of a stretch.

One thing people fail to realize is party’s run oppo research on their own members. Hell most campaigns run oppo on their own candidates.

The idea someone just found this picture yesterday is absurd. For this to have never come out before this meant someone knew about it and held it. Republicans would of used this back in the election if they had it.

This was calculated for maximum impact

I never post here but this thread is so insane, especially the assumption that the Republicans knew during the elections but didn't use it for some reason.

Admitting my Christian bias, and also admitting I'm generally a D but strongly against late-term abortions, the Hand of God argument that this picture was divinely revealed by God to someone as punishment for a heinous statement is move believable than either theory in this thread.

Think about it.

Ex-classmate of this guy thought it was nice having an old acquaintance as governor. Then he hears the a-hole, as a physician, excusing the VA abortion bill this week. Gets pissed.

Wants to remember if Northam was such a jerk when he knew him in school. Goes back to his med school yearbook. Sees pic of CoonmanNortham in blackface. Yep, Northam was a jerk back then too. So he sends the yearbook image anonymously to a couple of rags including "Big League".

Damage done!

Seems far more plausible than Dems embarrassing themselves by undercutting their "the-other-party-is-racist" theme.

There is some really evil shite going on behind the curtain in Virginia

I think you can say this about the Democratic Party in general.

This is actually a decent theory. Northam being a sitting governor was a huge liability for them after his comments and him being gone would help them sweep the controversy under the rug.

If Republicans in Virginia had this photo it would have been used during campaign. The question becomes who is behind this and why now?

FWIW, Bongino said he had this pic last October but could not confirm it. Sounds like someone started circulating it.

Right! No way one could go to the school library and see a yearbook to confirm. That takes too much hard work.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist at all, but this has the Dems written all over it. They take out Northam and replace him with one of their own. LT Gov Fairfax is ideal for Planned Parenthood/ & DNC. Fairfax has been on Planned Parenthood’s board, he’s African American and now Dems probably end up neutralizing the bad press this week with their friends in the media focusing on historic new black Governors. Abortion wiped completely off the news and racial justice restored.

Yep, Tok...'Conspiracy', and 'strategy' are one and the same. 'Conspiracy' just indicates a stronger and more sophisticate, undetectable and therein effective 'strategy'.

Heard Alveta King say that the Ku Klux Klan has been tied to Margaret Saenger from the git go. Saenger is the de-facto 'mother' of Planned Parenthood.

They are dumping Northam because He labeled the 'fetus'...as an 'infant'. Highly problematic as Personhood...Rights...morality re the "discussions and decisions" to end the life of a infant child...hits PP hard.

There is no way the Dems win re the above. They overreached (for whatever reason), and will be dealt a setback. Changes nothing in the political dynamic, as even solid evidence that the "insurance policy" and "wiretapping" of the Trump Campaign was "run from the top"...and THE most criminal political atrocity in US electoral history. They'll ignore the criminality, and keep promising free stuff to all the desperate folk, Ideological dupes and useful idiots and misguided/mis-informed, well-intentioned morality activists.

Humanity...moving up the hard way. "The Great Filter" awaits.

As always asking who benefits the most is a good place to start.

Looks at soon to be new Gov. Of Virginia.

Bongino said He had the pic since last October...but couldn't verify it, so He sat on it. Probably led honest Republicans/RINOs like Gillespie to do the same.

Since the Left/Dems have no honesty compunction, they'll invent and run with anything. Think Steele Dossier/Muh Russia at the fore. It is what it is. The technology is going to be so refined and believable, that it will be impossible to 'verify' what is true 'evidence', and what ain't; Beck was on this way back. Gonna make things real iffy re political 'discourse'.

It wouldn't be too crazy. If that yearbook was like any I ever received, the index at the end with names and page numbers only sent you to the actual yearbook photo, not these type of "special" extra-curricular pages. For instance, I was in several photos from a school trip throughout my yearbook, but next to my name in the index it just had "page 53" which was my actual yearbook photo.

You also aren't taking into account that he's made a lot of waves the last week or so and drawn a lot of attention to a position that normally isn't in the national spotlight. All it takes is one guy across the country remembering he went to med school with the guy all over the news right now and digging out his old yearbook to show his wife or buddies.

Either way it's surprising the Rs didn't have it during the election, but it wouldn't be a huge shock if it was simply buried in time.
